The Whisky Society of Hungary presents: Whisky & Whiskey for Everyone! The first ever Whisky Show takes place in our lovely city on April 24, 2010 in the conference centre of Ramada Plaza Budapest Hotel. 15 exhibitors, hundreds of whiskies.

Whisky giants like Diageo, Pernod Ricard, William Grant’s, Brown-Forman, Jim Beam Brands will be there via their local subsidiaries or distributor partners, but some of the famous Scotch whisky distilleries will also be present: Glenfarclas, Benriach, Benromach, Isle of Arran, Bruichladdich, as well as two indy bottlers (Wilson & Morgan, Gordon & MacPhail), plus the co-organizer Whiskynet, whose expertize and enthusiasm was an absolut necessity. The Scotch Whisky Association will also send its envoy to educate Hungarian consumers about the authenticity and protection of whisky.

The program includes 15 Masterclass seminars with tasting sessions, round-table discussions on whisky-trends, bagpipers and an evening concert of Irish music.
